Story of the Logo

Hello Everyone!

You may have noticed the new logo at the top of the blog. Here's the story:

After doing in depth research on modernist graphics it was noted that designs were typically simple, colourful, bold, and asymmetrical. Keeping these characteristics in mind, we took inspiration from the form of the Winnipeg Art Gallery with each triangle representing a floor in the building.

Tell us what you think about it!

  1. Edelma Miranda: Hey guys, good job on the logo. I think it really fits well to our studio project. It made me think of the Winnipeg Art Gallery's building and how the sharp edges and points forming a triangle made sense to incorporate that with the logo shapes. I like it!! Choice in colour is fitting. Quite refreshing yet subtle. Not too flashy. I like, I like!! :)
